Here’s what i purchased from silver palace. the so called “gold plating” has disintegrated, the “silver” is sticky, blackened, and rusted in areas. I contacted the owners for a resolution and was met with rude, unprofessional, unhelpful responses (after i had to chase them for a response over a month) no refund offered, no explanation as to why they are selling garbage products to wholesale jewelry companies. i would not subject my customers to this trash and certainly will not shop here ever again.
