My grandmother has been at Silver Oaks for less than a month and the administrative staff is extremely rude, very unprofessional, lacks empathy and education. If they treated myself and my family this way, how are they treating my grandmother? We are already looking at placing her in a different facility due to the lack of their empathy and education.
