My daughter was there about a week when I took her out and back to hospital when they tried to tell me I couldn’t. I walked in and found her tied in a chair, soiled clothing, no one around, told them at desk, I had to leave for an hour, when I came back she was still tied in chair ! Obviously no one had been to check on her. I had her taken back to hospital and in that short time she was there she had bed sores and had had a heart attack which no one was aware of....
