If you need to get to and from your medical appointment in a timely manner, PASS on using this company. Last Friday, the driver was an hour late picking me up from dialysis.Didnt get phone call informing me he was going to be late and today, Monday, they were an hour late picking me up from home. Again with no phone call. I was 45 minutes late to my appointment and they had to shorten my dialysis because there was a patient after me. Great experience with James. We had rented a van from another company to take my father to a doctor's appointment and were told at 6:30am that they didn't have any available. I called 3 other companies to get a private transport for the same day and none were available. Silver was available and very flexible, even after having changed the time on him. James was polite and helpful and was there when we needed him for pick up. I appreciate his flexibility and coming through in an emergency situation.
The worst experience ever. They made my mom wait for 2 hours to be transported from dialysis. The excuse for their tardiness was the dialysis location is out of their area of transport. Why would you accept a trip that is out of your jurisdiction? This company is greedy, has poor accommodations as well as poor customer service . I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. DO NOT USE!!!!
This company is so inconsiderate of the elderly patients. I called on behalf of my patient that he was ready to be picked up. they gave me an ET of 40 mins. I left to take my hour lunch, came back and patient was still waiting. My colleague had already called 3 times to find out how much longer and they said they were 7 mins away. They constantly lie on the time. finally, they came 2 1/2 hour later.
