Awesome dentist and friendly staff! All the good reviews about this dental office are correct. I went for my own check up, as well as for my children. Dr. ponce is very thorough with the checkups and very patient with our concerns. My children even said they want to come back to Dr Ponces' office again for next check up. I am so glad there is a great dentist for our whole family in our neighborhood.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DIRTY RUSTY DENTAL INSTRUMENTS!!!! After checking in and filling out the required paper work and having to pay for the exam fee. Which is very odd to pay for a service up front. Normally it is done at the end of the appointment. So after handing the paperwork I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour just waiting to be called in to receive ex rays. the ex rays were taken. Dr. Daehyun Han DDS Las Vegas NV | Tender Dental & Oral Surgery WORST DENTIST AND PERSON!!!! I scheduled with Daehyun Han because it was the only office I found that was open sundays. I had no dental insurance and the office claimed to help apply for care credit, when I got there they told me I had to pay, and their payment plan was only 1/2 the same day and 1/2 the next appointment. I could not give this clinic a worse review. Literally put my mother through the ringer since APRIL over her dentures. Refused to take accountability for botching them NUMEROUS times. Lost her dentures, canceled her appointments multiple times, canceled her appointments while she was walking INTO the office. Bad attitude from the dentist himself (Michael Greenwood) - he refused to come to the phone to discuss an issue with her. Love everyone here. Extremely efficient. In and out in 2 hours: removed old fixed bridge, extracted 2 teeth, filled cavity and cleaned remaining teeth! (Waited 12 days for a call from Boulder office after paying in full) They don't return calls. Horrible. E. Bonanza office got me surgery in only 10 hours!! My new dental office- E. Bonanza.
Dr Ponce and Shaniece are amazing. I only come here for Dr Ponce. Her work is painless and shes a blessing to be treated by for my teeth.
