Friendly of course when you are buying from him, but my necklace broke days later at the clasp. He said he wouldn’t do anything about it, wanted to charge for a new one or said it would cost to fix it.
Great guy friendly good costumer service
The owner seems like a nice guy. do not buy from him. Anything he has for sale you can find online at a fraction of the pricing he charges. When I politely confronted him about a knife I purchased he would do absolutely nothing to compensate. For the record I am disabled being on dialysis and suffered a skull penetrating brain injury. If he takes advantage of people like me, he will undoubtedly take advantage of you.
