We enjoyed our stay very much. Rooms are clean but a little dated. Location is perfect. Easy walk into town and very close to Fall River Park entrance. Very scenic surroundings. The little extras are nice too; Continental breakfast, hot beverages all the time, smores in the evening. The fire pits in the evening are great. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a two bedroom suite that I would request again.
Wonderful stay at a great hotel just a short walk from downtown Estes Park. The rooms are very nicely appointed, the staff friendly and eager to serve, and the setting with the river is beautiful!
This was a great Basecamp for our RMNP trip. Close to everything, clean spacious room, we sat by the river every evening. They even lit up all the fire pits and had everything for s'mores!
One of my favorite places we’ve ever stayed. Everything was very clean and the staff were always extremely friendly. Nightly s’mores and popcorn made it even better. There was also a laundry room available
This place was honestly a letdown. The longer we stayed, the more we noticed things that didn’t quite meet expectations. The room was average at best — the décor felt outdated, and although it looked clean on the surface, there were small details that showed otherwise. The outdoor area seemed like it was meant to be relaxing, but it felt more neglected than peaceful. The stream was barely noticeable, and the yard games looked worn out and poorly maintained.
