Cozy rooms but the staff are superb! The evening desk clerk Bella could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Great referral for a restaurants, helped us with a TV Issue, just a helpful human! The morning fellow had to help again with the TV… also kind and helpful!
We stayed here for a week in June 2025. The room was spacious, the service was good and the location was good.
Wow what a great place. The rooms were exactly what was needed. above all, Bella, at the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond to help us with our room. She fixed an error quickly and made our family feel welcome and offered Smores to our child as the frozen creek passed by the fire. Amazing! Def stay here!
A truly wonderful experience staying at the Silver Moon Inn. The location is amazing—you are mere steps away from all the downtown shops and restaurants. The room was well-appointed and easily one of the nicest I’ve seen in Estes Park. Our room featured a wood-burning fireplace, which is a rare find unless you are renting a private cabin or home.
