As someone who gets facials monthly, I decided to get a monthly subscription service. Overall: If you're looking to relax and have a luxury facial experience, this is not it. If you just need a basic facial every month and don't care about the environment, I'd consider. However, Dupoint was a much better environment, I just live closer to this one. Loveee silver mirror navy yard - it’s been my monthly facial spot for almost a year now! Grace (my esthetician) has truly transformed my sensitive skin, and delivers a truly incredible facial every time. Highly recommended 🙌🏽
I have requested my membership to be canceled multiple times and reached out via phone to customer service to no avail. Since the studio itself and customer service via phone can't cancel memberships, I can't recommend Silver Mirror and advise to go to an independent skincare studio.
