This is such a money grab company! Experience was horrible. During my service the Esthetician was informing me of how my skin needed all these things which I’m taking all in because she’s the esthetician I’m the client so I listen to her but she didn’t inform me that everything would be an additional cost . I recently came to this company for dermaplaning service along with just getting a deep cleanse beings though I haven’t in a while.. When I first arrived staff was nice greeted me. I waited 30mins for my esthetician to come out which was very unfortunate because I had other things to do that day.. So my day got pushed back. I sent my wife in for what was supposed to be a $139 service. Without clear explanation or consent on pricing along the way, she was upcharged to $320.74, which she didn’t fully realize until checkout. Feeling uncomfortable in the moment, she paid but this is not okay. Transparency matters. If additional services are recommended, customers should be clearly informed of the cost before work is done. Very disappointing experience.
