Management Is A1, well specifically Tamika. She makes sure I am aware of my points and how to use them. She makes sure I get my samples, and she always calls prior to my appointment to see if I would like an earlier appointment. And Miya really diagnosis my skin and suggests AMAZING products tailored to my skin. Not products that are simply good, but good FOR ME! Had a custom facial here with Angelica and she was amazing! Super gentle, knowledgable & friendly. My skin looks and feels amazing like I walked in and it was looking so dull and feel so great now! Very nice and relaxing experience
Just okay. My aesthetician was helpful with information. This was the roughest facial I’ve received in my life and I’ve had quite a few. Staff were not very friendly
Wonderful establishment. Shakayla M. did a wonderful job. My first time experience with the Silver Mirror. She made me feel like I was at the Salamander Spa. I went in for a much overdue facial and I had a wonderful Spa experience. She educated me on my skin and helped me with my regimen. She's a natural.
