This clinic is extremely disorganized, and the staff don’t care at all about the patients' needs. The specialist doctor mistakenly prescribed my medication under another patient’s name, and it's been over 12 days that I’ve called multiple times to have my prescription corrected. However, the clinic receptionist insists that the doctor said I don’t need the medication! I’m certain they’ve confused me with another patient. Overall, everyone seems completely confused.
Friendly and approachable staff and nurses that go out of their way to make you comfortable. My doctor was fantastic, got PRP for tears in my achilles tendon. Very clean space, had to spend many hours there for my specific procedure and I was comfortable and well taken care of the whole time.
Rude staff which take 3 days to get back to you and even worse doctors. Saying my pain is caused by stress when I show up with mri of spinal injuries. Hack arogant patient blaming garbage doctor
