Very neglectful of staff and clients from the higher ups/management. My grandmother had a problem with an Aide of theirs, leaving her alone and the coordinator named Mary was very rude and sounded nonchalant about the situation when contacted.
Tyjunea Griffin is a very energetic, knowledgeable, personable and caring individual. She does an outstanding job of meeting my needs such as grooming, bathing, changing, exercising, bed linens and personal care items. In addition, she assists with light duty household chores. If I ever needed a full-time caretaker, I would definitely choose her. I highly recommend that she receive this $50 bonus. Robert Bowie
