My experience communicating with L. was disappointing. Finally found my therapist, Michaele M. It was an easy process with the intake team and I got matched therapist who’s been great. I've noticed a lot of personal growth so far after attending sessions with her, I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Unfortunately, The therapist I had through this company didn’t work out at all. Also, we could never get Zoom to work properly Such a waste of time
Called to see about getting a letter for FMLA and was interrupted by the rude receptionist before I got 4 words out of my mouth.
I specifically asked for a therapist with a background in Neurodivergence and people on the Spectrum. The one I got had basically no experience with those areas. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for not listening. This was NOT a good introduction to your organization and I now have little faith that you all are going to take care of me.
