I GOT SO SICK THE LAST TIME I ATE THERE. DANNY HAYES THE SO CALLED CHEF IS NOT A CHEF MAYBE A ONE STAR COOK, WHEN I WENT THERE, AND DANNY HAYES LIFE IS A LIE SAYING THAT HE IS A CHEF! Great seafood tonight at R&R Oyster Bar at Silver Lake!! Seriously yummy Hush Puppies.. Hubby had Fried Oysters.. my Clam Chowder & Fried Shrimp were outstanding! Awesome service, too! Everybody needs to go ASAP for ALL the luscious seafood goodness going on there now! Only thing keeping this review from extra star is that it’ll be best when the lake is restored.. soon, we hear!
I had the mussels in wine and garlic sauce with bread for sopping. It was to die for!!! Also shared steamed oysters and they were absolutely perfect. Definitely a 5 star meal tonight!
My fiancé and I had dinner here tonight and were impressed with everything! The hush puppies and salad bar were wonderful! The steamed shrimp were amazing! Nothing was left on our plate! We’ll be back! Our waitress was very attentive and it means a lot to have one of the owners to speak to us and check to see that everything was ok. Good luck Rhonda and Richard! Wilson folks: please come out and support!
Mason was a great server. Oysters and shrimp were delicious. Was surprised that the oysters were served on the half shell. Mason did a great job of opening the oysters and peeling the shrimp.
