Coming from the coast, I love GOOD seafood and have been to Silver Lake almost every time it has opened. I have not been a fan in the past, but since it has reopened..... I love it! The owners are great and the food reminds me of home. I can’t recommend this place strongly enough for seafood in Wilson!
We were seated at 630 pm and received our food at 745 pm. Not what I call prompt efficient service. The food was mediocre and overcooked. Needless to say I won't be back. I was born and raised in Wilson and Silver Lake used to be a premium restaurant. Not anymore!
Amazing! This is my new favorite spot when I visit my mom. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere is just as good and the service is stellar! Everyone was so friendly, we even got a little history lesson of the property while there. I’m excited to go back soon! Thank you all for such a great experience.
We took my Mom & Dad out to eat last night for Mother's Day.....The service was EXCELLENT and everyone's food was EXCELLENT!!! Hope to be back soon!!
Went there last night with friends. There oysters and fish that they ordered were descent. It took forever to get our drinks (sodas) and forever to get our food. I ordered a steak medium rare as I always do and a bake potato with melted cheese, also so made it abundantly clear that I wanted nothing on my steak. My wife, friends and myself all 3 told the waitress multiple times that I didn't want anything on my steak. Long after everyone else received their food, I finally received mine. I'm sorry if you were not satisfied with your meal. Your view of what happened isn't entirely correct. I saw your steak after you cut into it and it was not well done. Its your type of comments that make running a business frustrating. I talked to Sara and she said everyone seemed fine and didn't complain. Perhaps you should have brought your disappointment to someones attention instead of just jumping on facebook and cutting us down in such a nasty way. I get that you won't be coming back.
