This mall was perfect for the small town of CDA... However CDA has blown up with 5-10 times the amount of people this mall was intended to serve...
I've lived here almost twenty years and the only reason this place exists is for Christmas. The mall itself was paid off years ago, so the only reason it's as is is because any profit it a plus for the owners.
Small, outdated stores, not a very good selection and a gun free zone.....why in the world would you put your life or the life of your family in the hands/mercy of a criminal just because the owners are afraid of the sight of a gun?
Gotta travel to Spokane for any good shops, the stores don't have much to offer ..
Needs a big MAKEOVER...REMODEL...UP TO DATE STORES...gets worse every year...
