Had a great experience with Jen K. @ the Lancome makeup counter at Macy's today!! :) She was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. I know VERY little about makeup, she didn't make feel bad about it (I feel like makeup counter staff can be super intimidating sometimes) but basically held my hand through several purchases that I am so excited about. We live 45 min away with 2 closer Macys stores but I will absolutely be back to THIS location in the future to visit Jen whenever I need makeup <3
