Unfortunately, they canceled my morning appointment because I was late 10 minutes. This was after calling the office 3 times throughout the morning to get a confirmation on the time (they don’t have a modern system that texts or emails you your appointment time & date). Of course all 3 calls went to voicemail during their hours of operation. I took time off work for the appointment - disappointed. I imagine this reflects on the quality of their work.
Great dentist, I had two painless root canals. Highly recommend...
Horrible experience from my husband. He refused to prescribe my husband pain meds after his root canal. Our whole trip was ruined due to the pain that could have been managed if Dr. Moses prescribed my husband a Motrin that comes from the pharmacy. It’s very sad how black people pain is ignored and undermined. My husband was in horrible pain and he was not prescribed anything. We had to do an emergency call to Dr. Moses while we were on our trip out of town. SAD CASE
Dr Moses office staff are very unprofessional. When calling she asks if she can put you on hold and puts you on hold before you can even response. Each time I have called this happens. If they owe you money they it takes them about 3 months to pay you back. The reason they would owe you money is if they failed at doing a procedure which happened to me. Dr Moses is amazing, I literally felt no pain during my root canal. He and his assistant were very careful and explained everything before, during and after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Moses and his team.
