Going to the dentist has always been an anxiety inducing event for me. I was referred to silver lake dental by a coworker of mine. From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. I have a history of anxiety for dental procedures but I must admit that my experience of having a cracked tooth fixed and getting it prepared for a crown turned out to be a positive experience. Dr. Theresa Snell and her dental assistant not only did a great job fixing my tooth but were excellent at helping me relax; Dr. Snell informed me throughout the procedure how it was going and along with the assistant continually checked in on how I was doing.

Camille does a fine job cleaning teeth. She's friendly, offers a hand-wax with nice cozy mittens and is effective at her job. Great experience.

Right when I walk in, the receptionist says "Hi Sue"! Love that welcoming personal touch. The dental assistant & Dr. Snell are kind & calming - both explain all procedures, encourage me along the way & are very patient with my questions/concerns. Very helpful billing person before I leave as well. The paraffin hand dip is an added bonus!! Thank you.

My daughter's first dental appointment & cleaning ... As always, Julie was fantastic!!! She made her feel so comfortable that she didn't get upset or clingy once!!! I could not have been more impressed by the experience. My daughter couldn't stop talking about the appointment after we left :))) We love you guys!!!

Everyone was very friendly, warm, and informative. It was very clear what treatments they were recommending and what the cost would be after insurance.
