Very professional job, quite efficient and effective. Paid close attention to any problems, errors, or other surprises. Also looked out for back problems (mine). Being personable also helps when dealing with patients ("chairside manner?).
The appointment and experience was great. However, I look forward to the hand wax benefit of the appointments and was sadly not offered that this time :(
