I was comfortable - even given a blanket and some nice hand wax to help moisturize my hands. The staff cared about how I was feeling during the process and I was greeted with friendly smiles.
Carol listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions with patience and confidence. During my visit she was extremely caring and explained everything she was doing, which made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. I would highly recommend Carol to anyone and look forward to seeing her again at my next visit.
