Excellent treatment and warm, friendly atmosphere as always from front office , hygienist , and dentist .
Every time I come here the experience is wonderful, staff friendly, work good. However, the new gadget used for taking xrays is not to my liking at all. I have a horrible gag reflex and this piece of equipment is just too large for me to handle. Not sure what can be done in the future, because I'm sure I won't be able to handle it at all.
This is a happy place! Friendly, efficient and very professional care from start to finish. Love the paraffin hand wax while having dental work done.
The waiting area is welcoming (chocolate chip cookies, water, juice available!). The staff is friendly and efficient. The dentists are thorough and happy to answer questions--definitely not the "scary" Laurence Olivier model.
Friendly and comfortable environment
The treatment I have received at Silver Lake Dental has been fantastic! Dr. Iburg and her staff have been very friendly and engaging. On my most recent visit with her, she conveniently combined two scheduled appointments into one when a time slot opened up after my 1st appointment. This meant that I didn't have to take off work later, saving me both time and money!
AWESOME! Everyone was so great.
