The dental hygienist I had today was very nice, did a nice job cleaning my teeth, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I'm sorry I don't recall her name but she said she was only a temp, filling in for today.
Staff is wonderful and well informed on insurance questions I had. They also make you feel at ease during the treatment process. A+

Amy Z is the best dental hygienist I've ever encountered. She's not afraid to use a little muscle when cleaning your teeth, and does a through job when cleaning and explaining the teeth cleaning.
I brought my 7 year old son to Silver Lake Dental after having gone to another dentist for the past 4 years. They did a wonderful job of making him feel relaxed and comfortable. The dentist and hygienist explained things to him in ways he could understand.
Staff is the best around.
Always a 'joy' to go to. With a new crown, I feel like a queen!
