Excellent experience as always. The staff is friendly and professional.
When my cold sensitivity didn't go away they took time to evaluate with tests and X-ray to find the problem and get me a referral. They've also been great with my daughter since ahe was 3.
I feel very vulnerable when I come to the dentist, especially if I am having a procedure. The lady who did my procedure yesterday put me at ease. She has the perfect personality for me. She was genuinely kind and compassionate and patient, without being patronizing. She did not get annoyed with my requests, instead, she had an answer for how to make me more comfortable. I had not been to a dentist in years and was apprehensive that I would be met with a condescending attitude because of that. However, everyone that I worked with (receptionist, dental assistant, dentist, and hygienist) were understanding, helpful, and friendly. They were accommodating with getting me scheduled at a time that worked with my schedule. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!
My filling replacement was painfree and everyone is so sweet and kind being a new client really doesn't exist to them I felt right at home !
