More than a couple terrible experiences with the owner. Went out with my dad in the fall and paid our parking and landing fee and as we were out fishing, the owner pulled the dock out of the water with 0 heads up that it was going to happen. Not a huge deal, but frustrating. Just went out last night with a buddy ice fishing, paid the expensive $10 to use landing and park the truck. Mysterious
I just got back from Silver Fox Lodge and could not be more disappointed. The locals in the campground are unfriendly and have dug two trenches across the road. I traveled at a speed under 10 miles per hour through the campground and when I went up to the office to pay the landing fee, a local with a brew master beard confronted me and said I was speed and endangering children.
