I was excited to eat here for the first time. Sadly, it was a horrible experience. My chicken fried rib eye was full of gristle and salty. My husband's steak was undercooked and his lobster was over cooked and rubbery. Our service was mediocre at first and then went down hill towards the end. After not seeing our waiter for almost 20 minutes at the end of the meal, we had to flag down another staff member to go and get him. An amazing evening with our Ft.Worth family celebrating our 50th anniversary. Our waiter was Michael and we were truly pampered.
First time here and our waitress was amazing! She was very friendly and made my daughter homemade lemonade . My family and I enjoyed it and will be back.
The food was awesome, but if you ask for the surf and turf (steak and lobster) and want it Oscar style, please note that they put the bernaise sauce ON TOP of the lobster and the crab is omitted. Completely killed the lobster for me! Have to give fewer stars for that. Sorry, but a cheesecake "on the house" doesn't make up for the price it cost for the meal.
This is one of our favorite restaurants. It never disappoints and the service is impeccable.
This was my first time to dine here. What a great experience! The service was lovely, the food was phenomenal. The BEST part was our bartender Matt! He came over to make sure the mint julep was to our liking. Very nice guy, very attentive, and I had the opportunity to tell the Service Manager that we would come back just to see Matt! I'm in the business of helping create stellar patient experiences in the dental profession-so I'm BIG on customer service, genuine care that is above and beyond. Y'all definitely delivered!
