Insanely horrible!!!!!! They waste and disrespect your time! Will be switching to a whole other clinic.
It’s been over a month since my husband has been seen and then had to ask for a sample of the medicine he should have been offered. He did not receive it because they told us to go to the wrong clinic. When I called to try and get it fixed I was told I could go to another clinic because I shouldn’t be upset at the lack of care that is given to the patiences.
I was not notified by them when a test result did show that I had Basel Cell Carcinoma. They said a message had been left on my phone. It was not. It took a full two weeks after my repeated phone calls to find out and then I had MOLS surgery at a better place
