Inquired about an item.. was told to come check it out.. drove 45 minutes just to be told that they were closing early and had already listed it on eBay.
I would not recommend this place at all. A bike was stolen and is being sold by this shop. The serial numbers match the bike and the shop refuses to return the bike to the owner. Shady! Do not buy or sell at this shop!
Until Steven gets his bike back, nobody should visit this store. Shady is an understatement as he still doesn’t have it back. Do the right thing Tim but that doesn’t seem to be in the cards.
If there was a zero rating, this pawn shop would top the list. Pathetic customer service experience. Whosoever is managing this pawn shop needs to fire the person who receives calls. Never seen such a rude person who does not care about the business. You lost some good business from me. Go to hell!
