If I could give Shannon 10 star review I would. Unbelievable how professional she was answering all my questions and in under 5 hours secured a hospital bed for my father-in-law on the day we needed. Very quick and friendly service. I needed a bedrail for my mother. I emailed Dimitrios and he replied to me the same day. Within a week we had the product installed. He didn't try to upsell me and even tightened a part on my mom's walker.
