Dealing with the owner after a sale is complete was very difficult. I had to contact corporate and ask for some help. The owner was then present. Today was the day of pickup for the lifts and no one called to say they changed the times. The entire day was spent waiting on them. If you are purchasing he is the on the ball. It all started well enough, Dimitri was quick to respond to my request for info. But later, when I called for an at-home appointment on a Thursday for a stair lift, he said he would come by at 5:30pm but did not show, or call to explain why. Many years ago we went to look at stairlifts. We did not shop around because l was recovering from Chemo Therapy and feeling frail. It was implied to us that the lift we were buying was one piece going round the corner. We were also told that the lift would be installed on the floor and would not damage the carpet. The lift is two pieces and has been installed through the carpet. Now l need some repairs.
