It’s a beautiful new building. I didn’t wait long to get a primary check up. However, i needed an xray on my foot and when i called at 9:30 am the answering machine said to leave a message and that they would return my call within 48 BUSINESS hours. That’s over a week! They returned my call within the hour.
The doctors and nurses actually care. I have made this my new primary doctor and specialist doctor here. I have brought over family to Silver cross. Highly recommend.
After waiting for a whole month for my appointment when i arrived there they told me they don’t take my insurance. How unprofessional. I even took a day off for the appointment
