As a tenant, this company does not take maintenance issues seriously. 1. They wanted to hand over keys last December without working heating. 2. I went the entire month of June without working A/C, and was personally doing all followup trying to schedule the vendor to with minimal support from property management -- tickets would even get closed spontaneously. 3. They have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line who's apparently not empowered to do anything more than leave voice messages for the main office. My sink sprung a leak ... read more
Please note that all good reviews are SEVERAL YEARS OLD. This company manages my building in West Oakland and is extremely incompetent, their negligence compromises our safety time and time again. They are absolute scammers and should be incredibly ashamed. DO NOT WORK WITH SILVER CREEK.
Steve was fantastic to work with. He communicated well and answered my million questions as a new landlord (helping out the father-in-law) with patience and understanding. I would definitely use him again.
