A brand-new roof should last decades, but mine started leaking within the first year. Water stains are now showing up on my ceilings, and the shingles are curling. When I contacted the company, they claimed it was “normal wear” and refused to come back. Their work is a complete scam.
Working with Brighton and his team has been a great experience. Brighton and team came to do a free inspection and quote while we were going through the closing process on our new home in central Austin. After we closed, we worked with Brighton to execute the items that came out of the inspection. Very communicative, professional, and reliable.
It has been a great experience to work with Colten and his team. From the first visit, they have been on time, professional and have done excellent work. It started with needing a new roof, but he also incorporated some other repairs and improvements that I wanted. He had all the subs lined up and worked diligently until the work was completed. Very happy with our experience with Silver Creek, particularly with Taylor Anderson who ran the roof and gutter replacement, as well as the interior repairs. Once approved by the insurance company, the work went rapidly and expertly, foul weather notwithstanding.
