I was hesitant to use new contractors based on my previous experience but they were able to complete the emergency roof patch within 2 hours and informed me the damage was from worn out flashing which they temporarily sealed with additional sealant.

A brand-new roof should last decades, but mine started leaking within the first year. Water stains are now showing up on my ceilings, and the shingles are curling. When I contacted the company, they claimed it was “normal wear” and refused to come back. Their work is a complete scam.
