I love my dental hygienist. She's so encouraging, reassuring, gentle, and friendly. In addition, when my dental insurance denied a portion of my claim, a Silver Creek Dental associate filed an appeal on my behalf and got my bill appropriately reimbursed (paid.) And finally, when I needed some dental work done, the doctor recommended the most cost effective solution - whereas other dentists might have recommended the most costly. Thank you all! Definitely recommend Silver Creek Dentistry.
Who really wants to go to the dentist - right? But if you have to, and we all do, this is the place to go. Very professional, courteous, and friendly staff. Additionally, the environment is always top notch. Highly recommend!
I do not love going to any dentist office. I am a big chicken when it comes to my teeth and maybe that is why I am remembered but Erica is always so nice and talks me through it. She is a blessing and this is a great way to let her know. I am sure I don't tell her because I am just trying to remember to breath through the whole thing. (Remember biggest chicken!) Glad you enjoyed the chocolate mint :)
I had my upper teeth pulled in Oct or Nov and had a plate put in immediately after. They only waited two months after to do a reline which my gums were not fully healed or done shrinking. Now my plate is to big and they want to charge me again for another reline! Why should I have to get charged again for their screwup???? I am not happy at all!!!! All I wanted was to have a nice smile and be able to eat corn on the cob! Thanks a lot!!!

The staff is friendly and they are willing to work through your problems. Will always take the family there.
Great staff, great dentist. Everyone works hard to make sure you're comfortable. Affordable payment plans if you need it without being hassled. So glad I switched from that place in Fond du lac. The extra drive is worth it for my family an I.
