RecommendedSeems like I've lived here forever but it's been 4 years. Really nice community, very quiet, clean and drama free. Really great community events (especially in this virtual time).
My family and I loved our community. All the staff are so friendly and there are lots of activities & events for all ages. My favorite are Sunday Reiki Circle, music trivia, karaoke, and Bingo to name a few. I get to work in Charlotte within 25 minutes and everything is just minutes away. We absolutely recommend our community 💙.
Have lived here for 5 years. Convenient, safe and cost effective. Lately, there is a lack of courtesy from neighbors who are noisy after 10pm and services like a courtesy officer who do not even return calls or seem to deal with the problems. Yelling on balconies and partying into the night like it’s a college dorm room. Normal people who have to sleep and work can’t. Great community, facilities and staff!
We just renewed our lease for another year and love it! Everyone is so wonderful and friendly, my son, that is 8, also loves the fact that so many people have animals that he gets to love on and talk to the owners! Great community glad we found it and are lucky to call it home!
I've lived here for going on 2 years and it is excellent! Clean community, great staff, and the location is unbeatable!
