Silver collection at the Park is awesome they have activities every week. They always inviting different food trucks to come treat us or a live Band. The staff is very friendly and helpful

Police EVERY day/night it seems being called. Even had a major shoot out in one of the buildings. Not a safe place at all for all the money they want
Since 6/21/2020, our apartment has been uninhabitable. It has been severely contaminated with mold due to faulty equipment (likely the AC unit - the management company hasn't completed any preventative maintenance for), and a resolution has yet to be made. Instead we have been displaced from our apartment without the majority of our personal belongings. Totally NOT worth the exorbitantly rent! Dog crap EVERYWHERE, smelly hallways, dirty elevator and lobby! Just ridiculous.
I’ve lived at Silver Collection at the Park since March 2019. My roommate and I recently resigned our lease for a second year. We absolutely love it here. I’m so glad that we decided to stay another year especially during this uncertain time of quarantine. Alli the event coordinator and other event coordinators from other properties have made virtual events fun and creative. Thank you all so much !
