Baffled, I cannot believe the treatment I received BEFORE even walking into the establishment. On a cold day; me and some friends wanted to get some jewelry (We shop here often). As we were walking up to the door, we were IMMEDIATELY denied entry. No eye contact, laughing at us as we tried to reach for the handle. I recently visited this store for the first time as a beginner in jewelry making, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. After my initial purchase, I realized I had bought items I didn’t need. When I called the store that same day, I was told I could return them within 7 days with a receipt. However, when I went back the next day, the employees informed me this was incorrect.
