One of our main concerns for service is coverage and it does create a challenge when a few employees of our company encounter life obstacles that prevent them from filling shifts at a last-minute notice. It's really hard to trust people with your elderly loved ones when inhome care is needed. Your aides were reliable, timely and very patient; treating our loved one as if it were their loved one.
