Nice facility, nice selection but horrible customer service everytime I have gone to buy a gun the 60 year old employee behind the counter is very impatient and treats people like they are ignorant always pushing a different gun than the one you asked for decided to make my purchases else where but I do go back for their nice rental selection to try out guns before I buy them.
I always enjoy Silver Bullet when I can go on person. I would give 4 stars on my In store experience. However: their phone service is virtually non existent. It's almost impossible to talk to an actual person. Today I called 5 times and finally reached a person and I finally hung up after 15 minutes of silence on hold. You're busy, I get it. But you HAVE to get someone in there to answer the damn phone!
Awesome time first class all the way around. Cease fire was called because of a class and we were give free range time.
