Very nice facility, awesome variety of firearms (new and used).. however the couple times I have been there I have worked with the same older gentleman, he seemed to be kind of rude, not very helpful, almost seemed annoyed by me asking questions.. like he didn't have time to answer them or something.. I usually do most of my shopping there, however might check out barracks 616.
I have always been treated with respect and the service has been excellent. I know everyone there and each one has always been patient and showed the utmost courtesy. Everyone is well trained, knowledgeable and willing to go to any length to service their customer. I had one "Old Guy" spend an hour with me researching a gun. But then I am 60 so maybe we just clicked? I doubt he was much older and if he was he had knowledge you cant get anywhere else. The younger guys are Great too !
