Questionable and inconsistent. They tell you different stories for treatments, wait times, and medications. Both myself and friends have suffered the confusion, stress and lacking quality of treatment for our animals. Not recommended.

I just got home and felt the need to write about my excitement in finding such a great Animal Clinic. The staff was friendly and caring! The Dr. was hands on, while allowing his staff to do their jobs! the facility was impeccable! and the prices were VERY reasonable (no hidden fees)! I felt that Silver Bluff truly is in busy to help and not milk us on our unconditional love for our pets (i have had some unpleasant experiences in the past). Compassionate, proactive, skilled – We've taken all of our dogs here and have never had a bad experience. To those complaining that staff does a great deal, thats how all medicine works these days and it is also how new vets get trained. You can't expect the Vet to do all of the mundane tasks. Just be happy that he hires compassionate and excellent assistants and technicians. We've had dogs my entire 44 years and I have never had a better vet for them than for my 3 dogs now and previously in another marriage 3 others.

Spotless clinic and excellent vet! – I found this animal clinic out of an emergency. I had adopted a puppy a few days ago, when she began to have stomach problems. I called the number at 9pm, left a message and (having never been a client at the facility) received a call from Dr. Sanchez 20 minutes later. He spoke kindly and concerned, and asked that I come by with the puppy the next morning and would fit me in between patients. Negligent Animal Care – DO NOT take your pets here. This place is run by staff and technicians, and the vet is almost never in. My dogs were given a hip X-ray but we were told to talk to the vet when he comes in later on the phone! My dog got a dental cleaning here and the spot they shaved for anesthesia got infected. When we brought the dog in, the staff said the vet was not going to be in during the time his kids were on the spring break. Then, who sees all the pets during that time? The staff and technicians! great place to take your animals – Staff works with clients and pets to make the experience a pleasent one. I take all my pet's there and have always been satisfied with the services.

Great Care, Exceptional Service, Fantastic Vet – I had my little dog spayed at this clinic and they did a wonderful job and kept in contact with me the whole day. The pre-op / post-op appointments were included in the surgery. The staff is kind and loving. Great vet/ homey office and awesome animal care. Vet is knowledgeable about nutrition and promotes natural/ holistic feeding. Would recommend to anyone who needs vet care.

Recommended Vet in Miami – Silver Bluff Animal Clinic in Miami Good, friendly and passionate about animals. Staff is young, but caring.

Caring and thorough – Pros Caring, holistic, knows a lot about nutrition (many vets don't!), is available outside of office hours for emergencies (most vet's tell you to call the 24-hour animal hospital), Saturday hours, he does the surgeries Cons On the expensive side, staff/technicians do a lot of the leg work (shots, etc.).
