I was treated well with sales department, then came Kelly from financing Director, very rude very loud were everyone hard my business, were ya took my car and said I was not approved after 10 days having it. I gave all my documents to them

Marc was the service writer i dealt with. From the moment I walked in he took great care of me and while my truck was being worked on was provided a brand new truck to drive while mine was being worked on. I own an auto repair business and the level of service i received from start to finish was outstanding. I think customer service is very important and the level of service i received there was on par with what i would hold my business to.

complete lies on the services they had done on the vehicles. I had mine less than 3 weeks and had it go bad on me with things that should have been fixed before they gave it to me. I spent almost $700 on repairs that were not that hidden. if they had done the specs they said they had done, they would have seen the issue. I'm out almost $700 bc they wont honor the agreement made and 60 day warranty. do not deal with silveira auto!!! they are full of liars and cheats.
