Our salesman Kelly was kind and not pushy at all - and the finance lady Kelli was just as nice, offered us add ons but never pushy! A great place to buy cars - might be why this was our 3rd purchase from them. 😊
Traveled 4 hours to purchase a used 2015 Yukon that was advertised as great condition. I asked the salesperson if it had any major dents or dings inside or out and he reassured me that he went over it and it was in excellent condition. Showed up so excited to get my new car and the car was NOT as advertised. It had at least 3 major dents and the headlight had a chunk taken out of it and a huge scratch right through it. Excellent service and repairs. Recently had an engine replacement and an excellent job done by all involved and Jose was great and went the extra mile with my service. Joel in the body shop is also outstanding. Silveria is a place I trust with keeping my vehicle in excellent mechanical condition.
