everyone was nice and my husband and I liked that the whole staff still had manners. (yes ma'am, no sir, ect.) we transferred our cal-pers retirement and also got life insurance while we where there. planning to switch our home and car when the time comes too.
Husband and I went after we asked @ work about servicing our retirement ( we both work for post office). Made an appt made the chenges we needed for our retirement accts and where asked to consider changing over all of our insurance. We did and the process was really easy, they took care of everything. They said we saved so and so much but to be honest idk or really care. the office smells good and the receptionist is super bubbly. :) I had never been here before and kind of got lost since it is inside a monster building that's like 20 stories or something. anyways, after calling from inside the building, the receptionist came down to the lobby and picked me up. she smelled sooo good! and she was really pretty, even by bev hills standards. anyways, we got to the office and I was welcomed by an advisor. he gave me an overview of my options, I picked, signed, and was on my way like in 15 minute... read more
I am a State employee and our union has our life insurance through Government Personnel Mutual which you guys service. I love it and hope that my rates or anything doesn't change ever!
