I had an appointment and waited past 45 mins with no communication or anything. I wasn’t able to get a response until after I reached out and stated that I would be leaving after waiting an hour with no response. There was no nothing offered for the inconvenience but an apology due to not looking at the time.

I can’t recommend my massage therapist enough 🤍 After my BBL, post-op care was so important and she made the entire experience feel safe, comfortable, and honestly relaxing. Her knowledge, gentle touch, and attention to detail helped so much with my healing process and reducing swelling.
