I love going to my Laser appointments! Melissa and Al are so professional and I have become so comfortable with them that I wouldn't go anywhere else for this service! I have had such wonderful results that I never wear makeup now. If I wear it its because I want to not because I need it for a cover up! I give them an A plus! Such great people!
Only one person in waiting room ahead of me and kept me waiting over 2 hours. More interested in chit-chating and hanging out than actually seeing patients in need of medical attention. If you need medical attention in a Friday afternoon, it would be quicker to drive to Beaumont.
I love this doctors office! They are some of the friendliest people ever! The NP and the doctor and nurses helped me out so much I stopped seeing my neurologist in Houston for my migraines. Now I've got everything under control and love seeing everyone there every time I go in! Can be a little bit of a wait but so worth it in the end! Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
From the front desk on, some of the most caring, helpful and the friendliest people you can have treat you. They are very attentive, and answered my questions as in to make me feel they were important and not stupid.
By far just what Silsbee needs!! I have been a patient for several years and have always had a good experience. The Dr's and staff I have dealt with have always went above and beyond to not only take of my medical needs but also just to listen. Like being treated by a good friend!! Thank you all!!
The wait time is ridiculous! Our appointment was for 12:00. Two and half hours later we still haven't been able to see any but the nurse!
