Hi, I am a huge Silpada fan. I used to sell for you years ago but stopped because I have a special needs daughter that needs my attention full-time. I still have Silpada parties and continue to buy from you. We just lost the little girl four years old in our community right before Christmas. She became suddenly ill and died. Actually it is worse than Poor but that is the lowest I was able to check! After buying a Necklace with a chain and pendant which I was told had a lifetimes guarantee I was very pleased with the necklace. After the chain broke and I tried to return the chain to get it replaced. It took a month to hear back from them. They stated they had to have the pendant back also in order to honor the guarantee. I DO NOT wish to give the pendant back as I may never see it again and I don't buy jewelry very often, but when I do it's becau... read more
