I was there for a small private lunch, service started out ok offering drinks... the entire party wasn't there so we asked to get bread before we ordered and they said they cannot bring bread out until we had put in our orders... then since they had 4 tables in the room I asked: can we put the two tables together and the servers response was, not unless everyone gets up and that's going to be an inconvenience and I responded all he had to do was push the other table to the one we were at and he said no, that it didn't fit li... read more
What an awesome experience at the 1604 and Blanco location. Danced the night away, on 10/8/2016, to a great band. The waitstaff was so nice and I'd like to give a shout out to Stacy. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us. Definitely recommend visiting the 1st floor, you won't be disappointed! And be sure to try the cucumber martinis, they are delicious.
I was so disappointed with our visit tonight. We were celebrating family weekend at UTSA with our daughter. The service was absolutely horrible. We were seated quickly and a waiter came to introduce service. He then came and apologized, saying it would be a different waiter. Another ten minutes went by when the same waiter came back and said actually he would be our waiter. He took our order and served salad and then entrees. When he brought my entree, I requested a glass of wine. We then never saw him again until our meals ... read more
Friendly staff, great food, and great cocktails. I had one of the features for the night which consisted of ribeye steak, garlic potatoes and asparagus. The martinis hit the spot!
