Food was good, but the service could definitely use some improvement.
Their Sunday Brunch is absolutely delicious! We were there on February 26th and I had the Silo Salad, followed by Pork Belly omelette and my husband had the chicken fried oysters. A beautifully plated meal that exploded with flavors. Today we asked friends to join us for their first visit to Silo. Definitely a success! I had the scrambled eggs with goat cheese and bacon and fruit. My husband had the Eggs Benedict. WOW! Great ambiance and service and attentive staff. Well Done Silo!
