SILMAC recently added new windows and a custom door to my garage. The windows needed reinforced framing which required mortar and wooden framing. Excellent work and the job was completed within a few days. I highly recommend their work. They painted the trim very good to provide a professional look.
SILMAC did a great job in restructuring my 3rd floor. I plan to have them do several more updates to my house.
This is the 4th time I have hired SILMAC for a project, and this was the largest job by far - a full gut renovation of my kitchen, adding a powder room, and putting on an addition with a laundry/mudroom. This was our 3rd project we contacted SILMAC Construction and Joe over the years. We need a complete refresh of condo unit in Charlestown in order to list and we working on very tight timeline. The refresh included refinishing wood floors, overall interior painting of the unit, electrical updating and final deep cleaning for showing of the unit.
