I have absolutely no knowledge of wigs when I walked in. The owner was so pleasant and informative in helping me decide. My hair is thinning due to cancer meds and I didn’t want a fake looking “old lady “ wig. Of course I touched them, having no idea not to, but she was so polite and explained why you aren’t allowed to. I’m totally shocked at some of the reviews and can’t even understand the reasoning why. My wife and I recently moved from Central Illinois to NE Arkansas, We drove 2.5 hrs to Poplar Bluff from Ark. Her inventory was vast and beautifully merchandized, she was very informative and knowledgeable. Wonderful Products, and Superb Customer Service. Great Prices, Bought 2 wigs, Bonus award Program. Will be Back

Went in needing a wig, lost my hair battling depression. Was left to figure out what what what by myself. Wasn't told anything on how to install or what I needed to use except to go to YouTube. How can someone run a wig store but can't give any advice or even consideration of talking to a customer that spent money. Won't be coming back
