Went in for an oil change, asked for an appraisal on my current car, and walked out with an upgraded version of my car. I purchased a 2023 VW tiguan from Delos, who was very personable, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Delos was very busy with multiple customers coming in to pick up their new vehicles that he sold to him. And even though he was busy I did not feel neglected or rushed to make my decision. He is a great asset to the dealership and I would work with him again. Thank you Delos!!!!
I had a negative experience purchasing a vehicle from Silko Volkswagen of Easton. In addition to extra equipment that I never ordered (a $400 ceramic coating and $200 for wheel locks) they charged me $650 for the services of a third-party company that handled the issuance of temporary plates and vehicle registration. It took them exactly 4 weeks to issue the temporary plates even though the process can be completed on the BMV website in 2 minutes and costs less than $20.
