Have valid VW tire coverage. They were unable to find it due to what I think is clear incompetence. We’re insisting I pay for the tire repair that is covered. The service brought in people from the sales and also they were not able to find the coverage that I had paid for. I called another VW dealership that knew their job and found the coverage within seconds. I would strongly avoid Silko VW. It is terrible that they try to charge you for what you should not be charged.
