I love Silkes bread, it’s the only bread I feel good eating. It has no junk in it unlike breads that you can keep on your counter for weeks.
Loved the sauerkraut pizza with cornbeef
So I went there today for the first time because I wanted some authentic German lunch that I was used to getting back in Germany. First thing, no Doner kebab! Doner's were my absolute favorite lunch anywhere I was in Germany. So I ordered the Schnitzel since it was the biggest lunch item I could see, or so I thought. Best German food around the area.
It used to be great. the bread has always been good, the broetchen weak, the lunchtime staff is kids who don't care. it seems prices go up and the quality and portions size go down. used to really like this place. I'm over it. it's a hip spot for liberal soccer moms now.
